애플 창업주 스티브 잡스 사망

CUPERTINO, California (AP) _ Apple Inc. said the company's co-founder Steve Jobs died Wednesday.
He was 56.

``We are deeply saddened to announce that Steve Jobs passed away today,''
the company said in a brief statement.

``Steve's brilliance, passion and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives. The world is immeasurably better because of Steve.''

애플 창업주 스티브 잡스 사망

애플의 창업주 스티브  잡스가 5일(현지시간) 사망했다. 향년 56세. 

애플은 공동창업주 잡스가 이날 사망했다고 공식 발표했다. 

 회사는 이날 성명에서 "스티브의 탁월한 지혜와 열정, 에너지는 우리 모두의 삶 을 풍요롭게 발전시킨 수많은 혁신의 원천이었다"며 애도를 나타냈다. 

잡스는 몇년째 췌장암으로 투병해 왔다.
